By using sarvaswa.ai ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an informational website operated by Sarvaswa AI Labs ("we", "us", "our"). It describes our services in AI consulting and engineering, custom model development, agent and automation builds, and related work, and it lets you get in touch with us. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of services, a quotation, or a guarantee of any outcome. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement and statement of work signed by both parties, and where these Terms and that agreement differ, the agreement applies to the work.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm it or other people. You must not:
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or try to gain access you are not meant to have.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically download Site content, or use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, without our written permission.
- Reproduce or republish the Site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Use the forms to send spam, malicious code, or abusive or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent who you are or who you represent.
4. Enquiries, calls and the newsletter
When you write to us, book a call or subscribe, you agree that we may use the details you provide to reply, to hold the call, and to send the newsletter you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation on either side. We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential in practice, but a confidentiality obligation only arises under a signed agreement, so please do not send information you are not comfortable sharing before one is in place.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
5. Our content and intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, logos and code, belongs to Sarvaswa AI Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
