1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through sarvaswa.ai("the Site"), operated by Sarvaswa AI Labs ("we", "us", "our"), a company with teams in Surat and Bengaluru, India. It covers visitors, people who contact us, and newsletter subscribers.
Information we handle while delivering work for a client is covered separately in section 9 and by the written agreement for that engagement.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, email address, the situation you select, and the message you choose to send.
- Calls. When you book a call, we receive the name, email address, and any notes you add when booking, together with the time you chose.
- Newsletter. When you subscribe, we receive your email address.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our systems record limited technical information needed to serve pages and keep the Site secure, such as the pages requested, the approximate region of the request, and the browser and device type.
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we also collect aggregated usage information: which pages are visited, how long people stay, where visits come from, and which interactions happen, such as a form being submitted. This information is not used to identify you.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about potential work together.
- To hold and run the call you booked.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe.
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- To detect, prevent and investigate security or technical problems.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for analytics and the newsletter, on the steps needed before entering into a contract with you for enquiries and calls, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website for the technical information described above.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use anything you send us to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- We do not share your details with other organisations for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to the newsletter because you contacted us. Subscribing is a separate choice.
5. Cookies and your consent
The Site remembers your cookie choice in your browser and sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the banner. Until then, analytics runs in a mode that stores nothing about you. Declining does not affect any part of the Site.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing the Site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
6. Who helps us process it
We run the Site with the help of a small number of service providers, each doing one job on our behalf: hosting and delivering the Site, storing enquiries and newsletter subscriptions, scheduling calls, and producing aggregated analytics. They process information only on our instructions, under contracts that restrict what they may do with it, and they may not use it for their own purposes.
We do not disclose your information to anyone else unless the law requires it, or it is needed to protect the rights, safety or property of Sarvaswa AI Labs or others.
7. Where it is kept and how we protect it
Information you send us is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems that are access-controlled and limited to the people who need it to reply to you. Our team is based in India, and the service providers we use may store information in other regions. Where information moves across borders, we rely on the safeguards recognised by the data-protection law that applies to you.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and call records are kept while we are talking with you and for up to two years after our last contact, so we can pick a conversation back up. If work begins, the engagement contract governs from then on.
- Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
- Aggregated analytics are kept for up to fourteen months.
- Technical and security records are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted.
9. Data we handle for clients
When we build for a client, we often work with the client's business data inside the client's own infrastructure: their cloud account, their data platform, their tools. That information belongs to the client. It stays inside the client's environment and access controls, we use it only for the engagement, we do not copy it to our own systems beyond what the engagement requires, and we do not use it to train models for anyone else. The engagement agreement, and any data-processing or confidentiality terms attached to it, set out the details and take precedence over this policy.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it.
- Withdraw consent where consent is what we rely on, such as analytics or the newsletter.
- Complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
To use any of these rights, email hello@sarvaswa.ai. We will reply within thirty days, and sooner where we can. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so on the Site for a reasonable period.
